The band at the start of the clip -- I am pretty sure that is the US Army Field Band based out of Ft. Meade, Maryland. The name of the piece they are playing is the National Emblem March, a piece written in 1906 by Edwin Bagley.

That's the United States Army 3rd Infantry Fife and Drum Corp...The Old Guard. They were playing Yankee Doodle passing in review.
They are AWESOME!!!!!
