Images of Imagination, mvt. III: Gypsy Dances

Images of Imagination (2009) was written for the 2009 Student Artist Series at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. This three-movement work for trumpet and piano takes the listener on a dazzling journey through the imagination of a child. Although each movement depicts a specific image, they are referential rather than programmatic in that they do not tell a specific story, but setting a scene for the listener's imagination.
