King Of The Mat - Submission Grappling tournament in Calgary on October 4 2008.

I got tapped out in this match due to an anaconda choke.

Good news: The MMA conditioning routines did their job.
I was using many mma workouts including this one: http://www.buildingbodies.ca/randy-couture-workout-for-mma-conditioning/ for my conditioning.

Bad news: No amount of conditioning will make up for a lack of experience on the mat.

  • both of the grapplers need a lot more training cuz quite frankly the one with more had was in a position to throw an americana in an finish the match through the half gaurd really early in an he should have stayed in half gaurd

  • very good match 6 minutes is a long time with no break

  • drink more water - eat more fruit - eat more greens - get more Vit D and Vit C
