I have an interview coming up in two days and I am so grateful that I happened upon your video --- interviews give me brain block (words stumble out of my mouth) - so I am watching this video again and again. Hope you will be creating more for our better state of mind. You are excellent.

This is awesome, i used it last week when i had to give a presentation infront of 200+ peeps and a judgin pannel + cameras + press. No pressure lol. I actually have a phobia of speekin in public (even infront of 2 peeps lol) but i've been listen to ure podcasts 4 a while and they've really helped!
I especially luv ure supercharge your sleep podcast, i used to take around 2hours 2 get 2 sleep but now i'm asleep before the end of the podcast :D

Yes, if it helps. All of this is really designed for you to create what works best for you. My suggestion would be to test it and see if you feel better. Think about a time when you feel out of control and instantly put up a wall of protection. See how it feels, see if you can drop it, adjust it, etc.

ive been listening and watching all your videos... they are amazing i love them all and use the sleep recordings the night before all my XC races and one of the quick relaxation ones an hour before i get so much out of them keep doing what you do.
