I Also have video and pictures from my wife of a NS crew member being tossed off of a NS SD40-2 high hood. Not sure what caused it but I wont show the video out of respect for the union brother. he did not get hurt but got thrown off of the front when he went to get on. Switchin cars. I also have pictures that those train orde foamers would do anything for from CSX and Conrail from family that workd both. Derailments and a lot of other stuff. Wont show them cause union brother and sisters hero

We have the NS high hoods up here on NS homestread "megastead" LOL by nthe train crews. They are beaters but keep on going. I bought one for my HO layout and dig it. Not sure how much longer NS is gonna keep em on the roster? The new EPA Green bull shit regs commin will make it hard for them for sure. Dont think NS is gonna put money into a beat ass high nose that the crews hate anyway. I guess they could make ok remotes which the SD40-2s are up here now.
