I had the privilege of attending four Balanced Scorecard Conferences in Boston over the past years. I cannot speak highly enough about the overall utility and long term strategic advantage of the BCS methodology. Please remember there are no shortcuts in using the BSC. It requires a tremendous effort but is necessary for organizational success. My best regards to both Drs. Kaplan and Norton! MB Crowell
