I got inspired by this video and, as an ESL teacher who loves technology , I am really enjoying myself.

I've been trying to find new ways to engage my students, and I can clearly see how much they've been loving this process.

Thanks for the video!

Technology. Hmm. Okay, I probably qualify to teach Microsoft Word and PowerPoint I used it so much in high school. That is all it taught me from after it being so "incorporated" in the curriculum. Go check your facebook, mindless ones. I'm going to go read a book...

This video is a kid's cry for MORE INTERNET and YOUTUBE VIDEOS in the classroom. Digital storytelling? You can't tell a story using pencil and paper, or a poster board? You want internet whenever and wherever you want... so you can facebook, twitter and play games during class and lunch? LOL these kids are useless savages. Learn to take RESPONSIBILITY. If you really wanna CREATE, GO DO IT! You don't need permission, morons.

Okay, 1st off ,the students in China RESPECT their teachers, value education, and are more physically active than US students, so it stands to reason that they would achieve more. Additionally, with the economy going into the toilet thanks to the new administration, where will you get the money to get all schools wired for " 21st Century students"?

Now this is the other side of the story The flip side of the coin . Where is corporate america? Investing in their own futures---they need technology to succeed, so why can't they see the schools need after they have succeeded? Someone invested in them --- when you do something good--you get 3X the return. This is written in the oldest ext book in the world.
