Relativity "Outside the Box"

In the early 1980s, while drafting a novel (New Atlantis), I was pondering space travel and the effects that traveling different speeds would have on us. While considering gravity and centrifugal force, I realized a whole theory that explained most of my questions. This theory was very simular to the Theory of Relativity, only all of its pieces fit together to where it worked as a whole. In 1984 I sent it around to the leading authorities on the topic. They said I had to PROVE it. It's taken me this long to do so. Here it is.
