im a muslim from malaysia and i tried your recipe for break fast (muslim have to fast in the holy month ramadhan and usually we serve delicious food during break fast in the evening. you know what? your tom yam goong recipe was a phenomenal! everybody loves it-my mum even suggested me to open a restaurant :) thank you soo much ning. btw you guys looks so lovely filming this together. i wish both of you a happy marriage and happy stomach always :)

Um, I usually would put coconut milk instead of evaporated milk, what's the differences does it make? Is it more thicker?

@PammieChan You can use either if you like. The coconut milk will give it a coconut flavor were the milk with not. It is just a matter of taste.
