What an absolutely beautiful sound! Regina's hardwood box makes a perfect resonator.
I do believe the disc is loaded improperly. The edges of the disc should ride on the little roller wheels at the front and the back of the box. The arm will create a "bow" in the disc so the teeth make positive contact with the comb fingers.
