" Emily's life ended before her time. She suffered in ways no child should ever.
Please read her story below.

Emily was born to her parents Anita Annamunthodo and Jason Walker.
Anita was 14yrs when she was pregnant with Emily. She had a previous child who died at birth.
When Emily was 8months her parents seperated.Anita says Emily's father was abusive.

March 2004: Neighbours of Emily reported to Marabella police that the child was being beaten and tortured.
April 27th.2004 Emily suffered a broken arm after being beaten.She also had examinations revealed lesions of varying ages to her face, back, upper and lower limbs and buttocks, as well as swollen lips, infected right great toe and fractured right forearm bones. She also had a left squint.
Just after her third birthday Emily was returned to the hospital.She had "numerous scars about her face and torso in varied stages of healing... She had a large swelling on her back, which was fluid-filled, in keeping with a haematoma or clot caused by blunt force trauma to her back.
But on both occasions instead of being taken into protective custody.She was sent home.
May 2005-Emily was taken to the hospital but when she was healed no one came for her.
September 5, 2005, Emily was admitted to the Mother's Union Children's Home.
November 2005: Emily's mother and grandmother apply for custody of Emily.
December 22, 2005: Custody granted to the two women by a magistrate...
January 23rd,2006 Emily is taken home.The abuse resumes.
May 15th, 2006-Emily is murdered,sexually assaulted,strangled and sodomised.If my memory is correct Emily had been sodomised with a curtain rod.
Her step-father was charged with her murder and assault.He is still sitting in jail waiting for his trial.After prisoners in the jail with him found out he was the one who sexually abused Emily he was used as punching bag.The prisoners beat him.If prison officers hadn't stepped in they might have killed him.
Anita was charged with child neglect but charges were later dropped after her case was called continuously but the officer never came.
After being freed she has tried to gain sympathy by stating that she (Anita) was abused by her own family members and by Emily's father.She has tried to gain pity but please remember she is not dead Emily is.
According to some sources when she was arrested she was 3 months pregnant. By now she would have had her child.

Emily herself was sentenced to death on December 22, 2005 when she was sent home.Four months later Emily was dead.
Emily died days after she turned four.How she spent her fourth birthday I am to afraid to wonder. ##NOTE##
