yes you can! the thing is that final cut has some problems with it...sometimes you have to lose time cuz final cut has not acquired the images in a proper way...

Fantastic lighting and SFX. Brilliant framing, how come you shot in 4:3 and not 16:9? It would look even better using 2:3:3:2 pulldown. XL2 is sweet but as you've shown with this, only in the right hands - Great stuff..

nice lighting. can you connect the xl2 to a mac for editing? I ask because i am considering buying an xl2 and would like to know a little about what people use to run/edit the footage on. thank!

Thanks for the kind words. Honestly I cant recall the stop. I like to stay around 24fps,gain-3/-0,Shutter 1/48th and Fstop 5.6
