Minecraft switchable 2-clock using piston

This 2-clock turns on when power is sent to it, and turns off when power is not sent to it. When you create a clock using torches, the fastest speed that clock can go at is 4 ticks because if it goes any faster, the torches will burn out. This is a way to get a stable clock with a speed of up to 2 ticks using a sticky piston.
