There is one big question Sandra should have asked - With al theyre money and expensive lawyers, why aren't they re-opening the case as is their prerogative? For any parent of a missing child that would be unthinkable.

On 17 May 2007 Madeleines parents invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the Court, and The Child Abduction and Custody Act, and the Hague Convention. They sought various orders and directions aimed at ascertaining the whereabouts and recovery of Madeleine. I became involved with the proceedings shortly afterwards.

amaral speaks more the truth than the mccanns, there was no kidnap. not heard of a kidnapping in these circumstances. no witness except jane tanner. only DNA, and cadever scents points to her dying in apartment, why are they dismissing this evidence. kate and gerry you are awful for doing this, truely dispicable. you sit there, madeline should be given justice and u are stopping it. did you do ur own personal burial, she deserves the truth to come out
