I've not heard any notable comments specific to wars overseas. But, I think most people believe we need to control our borders and tighten up Home Land Security. I would bet upwards of 95% are against giving terrorists constitutional rights within out civil justice system.

I have been to three tea party events and most people I talk with and listen to on the stages agree that we need to restore power to the people by; stopping government expansion, ending tax increases for the sake of growing government at the expense of common sense, eliminate earmarks forever and begin conducting fair elections by putting real teeth in the law for election fraud and the type of corruption fostered by the National Socialist group ACORN.

The desires held by most tea party attendees are domestic in nature.
Those of us who served remember our oath to protect America from all enemies foreign and domestic and we see plenty of enemies working against our constitutional heritage in the beltway.
We share a common belief that government has grown too large, that it is out of control and that it has become non responsive to the people.
