@6taffy7 I live in Wales, and study both law + politics.
Wales has "devolutionary powers" of which are miniscule - free prescriptions, and Compulsory welsh in schools [which is a bad thing]. The Welsh assembly are a joke, it's a good thing they don't have the freedom Scotland have obtained in their Parliament.
