Mira Monte Project - Save the Connecting Wetland Habitat

A video to help the effort to save a key piece of marsh that connects large neighboring tracks of wetlands ... with more than 55 acres spanning Marin and Sonoma Counties, the Mira Monte property's diverse habitat includes seasonal wetlands, tidal marsh, and Native Oak Woodlands. This distinctive terrain provides a home to Endangered and Special status species. While the threat of development is high, we now have the opportunity to purchase this magnificent site as a result of an agreement between the property owner and Marin Audubon Society.
