Real Chefs don't use Gloves! Look at all the FOOD NETWORK shows you see GLOVES on EMRIL LAGASSE? Or Mario Batali? My Bitch here is I am from NE and that is ONE SKIMPY PORTION! At least DOUBLE that amount unless he is selling them for $5 a piece which I doubt. And before I waited that long in line I would make my own. Lobster Freezes very well.
