Great song and extremely meaningful lyrics. Basic concepts of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Teaches us to create our future. Love this band, this is one of many of my favorite songs from this band.

Sister Hazel actually does a seminar based on this song. CYM is intended to help people view life in a more positive light. This is probably the most under rated band of all time. One of my favorites. Can't wait to see them in a couple months!

Change your mind by Sister Hazel is one of my favorite songs. You know, its just that simple. If you don't like something, decide to change it and live it. If you do it long enough, you eventually turn into the person you want to be if you. Simple concept but so true.
