You did a good job, don't make any excuses! Most people wouldn't know where to even begin in making one. Nice work.

great job, much cheaper than buying one.

Booth. You should be showing a 60' X 80' building with fresh air supply system, lighting, and explosion proofed compressor systems. Blasting at 280 psi with shotgun pellets bouncing off your skin doesn't make one impressed with this sort of poor definition.
How about a negative pressure ventilator? Because if you suffer from a sudden pneumothorax, airway injury, alveolar damage, and ventilator-associated pneumonia - why would you want to be denied the right to a breath. You like that work?

I just my own out of plywood.......it's nowhere as carefully made as yours, but it still works, and I made it to de rust my van wheels [6 of them] which are manky.
I think I'll try to make a better one after my experimental effort as it works out much cheaper than buying one and if it's chinese made it'll be crap anyway!

@zero2242 Did you strain your sand to get pebbles out of it before you try to shoot it? Is your sand bone dry?

@juju12ish did you remove the tip on the dead mans hose and check for clogs, also if you shake the sand blaster some times it unclogs it, you must have a clog somewhere if this doesnt work remove all hoses and inspect for clogs.
