Shaping and Lightening eyebrows

I was asked to make a tutorial on shaping brows, as well as getting them to look light and powdery (for those with lighter hair) without having to use bleach.

Materials needed:
Scissors
Tweezers
Brow powder matching your hair color
Blending brush
Thin tapered brush
Eye shadow sponge

@moralextremist it just made me nervous seeing you use scissors, lol, but you have a knack for shaping eyebrows! they look fantastic, you also have a defined arch wich is goergous. I have an indented eyebrow so its difficult to get nice eyebrows for me lol
