  • This guy rocks! I love his show. God bless his son for his service.

  • Those doctors who killed 750 people by salt restriction during the heat wave of '95 SHOULD be put in jail. Doctors are like serial killers nowadays. The only ones worth their "salt" are those specializing in trauma. The modern doctor is really just as bad OR WORSE than lawyers.

  • Nonsense, we "need" NO salt, as solid sodium chloride crystals.

There are sufficient sodium IONS and chloride IONS in plant fluids to

meet human needs. Free "Salt" does NOT exist in Nature. Being one of the most soluble compounds known, it dissolves readily in rain water and is washed into the oceans, as the IONS.

  • plus the foods are cooked , creating leukocytosis condition that stresses the body out. In survival rebellion the body says no more cooked food we want live food.

celery high in sodium. : )

  • Where would one buy pink himalayan sea salt? Is it in the form of huge granules like regular sea salt? To me, sea salt tastes so gross...but it's probably because i'm used to table salt :)

  • So... He never explained how much salt we need.

  • Over the course of my lifetime, I have always craved salt. Never stopped eating it. Granted, it is done in a healthy way with pink himalayan sea salt, but still. It's important to listen to your body!

  • thnx for sharing. But ir means one who has HBP has to take salt the same as before ?

  • Awesome! Pink Himalayan sea salt is best - lots of trace minerals present.

  • Great video but should I eat more salt now??

  • instead of table salt how about using kelp powder dulse or nori its the iodine that ur body needs
