My wife and I were at this taping. Does anyone have the entire video of this show? I also had the opportunity to meet Dick Clark after the show....no not Chet, I wanted to, but he left after his second segment in this show.

I never heard of a Gibson Super 4000. The 18" lower bout jazz box is a Super 400. It looks like a Super 400 but normally the truss rod cover has Super 400 engraved on it, and I can't tell.
I think the little thumb puppet is really neat. I have to get one of those.
