its was a pilot error for sure, not pulling the control bar back to decrease the angle of attack, resulting a stall.

I can't help but think that at 0.36 where the wave is given that the action of the wave & the undoubted shifting of weight & drag because of that action was actually a major contributor to the crash, it does not take much to alter the flight path of these things & at that altitude you don't really want to be shifting weight, drag & flight path around too much, especially if you're in the back seat!
