For what its worth, I felt that the Ballad / Love theme from Phantom Regiment's 2008 "Spartacus" is worthy of the best ballad of all time. Just throwing that out there.

What's with the random runner? lol
-
who notices the little loner runnin like a kenyan on the outside?
-
@BobbyLCollins there was only one doorbell and it was at the beginning... so idk how you could have heard a doorbell in the ballad. And it was pure brass playing some drumming but barely and pit
-
@AllStater09 sorry, I wasn't able to hear that ballad. All I could hear was amplified marimba arpeggios and a doorbell. :P

Woo were marching that! The song at least

why is there a lone ranger running around the feild, was that in the original show? awwsome work
-
actually the one ballad that really stands out to me was Cadets 05. seriously if anyone hasn't heard it, it's just amazing, I cried at how amazing and beautiful the piece was. also there is scv 2000. adagio was AMAZING!!! Those are definate best dci ballads
These are some good forms, but keep in mind, this is a ballad. The speed of the drill is much too fast for a ballad. Try harder to match the style of the drill to the style of the music.

@DinoRaveable yea um I agree, this show is pretty much crap, but it was like the second show i did, so i have come much farther in the way of drill writing and actually plan on redoing that entire show.
