I have 6 dogs. I am an unbelievable animal lover and knowing that I can not do anything in my power to stop this from happening is literally killing me inside. I wish this would end. I really fucking do.

You're wrong about the animals already being sick. Animals are infected specifically to be used in tests. The dogs were not being tested for any scientific value. Even if animals are taken from a shelter where they might have been euthanized, a humane, compassionate, painless death is very different from a lifetime of suffering.

When using it on an animal, it make it safer that try later, rather than potentially killing innocent people, they don't react So differently that the dog gets infected slightly, but that human gets huge warts.

Well, of course it'd probably be better the do it on murderers and such that are on death row (obviously only if they are on death row).
