This sounds pretty good, I think you should try again though. I'd love to hear this when it's revised

Funny thing: in the italian version of PWAA:T&T, Furio Tigre talks like Lobo.

good work!
Tough song, so good job (better than I could do, I think). You need to make it sound funky somehow.

Thanks, and trust me, making it sound funky is easier said than done. Especially using the original soundfont. =-C

Yup. "Somehow" meant I had no fucking idea how. :D
Good luck with this one, you have introduced me to an awesome song. o_o.

From songs like this one to the calmer songs (my Reminiscence MPC video), Phoenix Wright music is awesome. It's a rule.

After listening to the original song, it's in a swing rhythm. This means that eighth notes are not actually played as eighth notes. Instead, the first eighth is played the same length as two triplets, the later one is played as one triplet. That's how you get that "ba dum ba dum ba dum" feel.
To do this in MPC, then, multiply the original tempo by some multiple of 3, and adjust your note placement from there. Show the grid in 3/4 instead of 4/4 to help make things easier.
Hope this helps!

I figured as much, but couldn't really think of the timing on the length of the notes. Then there's the other channels to work with...
Thanks for the feedback. I just hope I can get it to work (once I get the time to play around with it again).
