  • @matthew11243 hi, i am planning to upgrade my spitfire to lipo from nickel but i have lost my instruction manual from a cross country move. does a manual come with the battery and charger package? or is there an online website that i can view the spits manual from?

  • @TheRedDal3k hi what you need to do is the battery that come with model is only a nikel you need to convert your spitfire to lipo witch should be coverd by your instruction manual on how to program the lipo up the lipo battery what you will need to use is 1800mah 18c 11.1v and also a lipo charger when you have done this mod your spitfire will fly like a dream and with plenty of power.matt from aero-models-electric

  • I bought my park zone spitfire a week ago for my birthday present, and maiden it today. Unfortunately it wouldn't lift up when launched! finally after a while I managed to launch it fast enough for it to fly, although it still didn't gain any altitude I circled once at about 8 ft and then crashed:( during construction, I noticed there was a gap between the wing and fusualarge. It still attached but I was wondering if perhaps there was some air resistance which caused the crash. advice?

  • @narnyslip I cut the gearbox off the original mount and then glued

a piece of plastic the right thickness (to get the prop shaft so it is in the right

place for the spinner). I bolted the motor to the pvc plate.

  • Beautiful flying! Great landing too. Nice video!

  • me mates added a BL to oen of these, 990KV 600 size outrunner, shes heavy as a brick but does in excess of 110km

  • GWS and ParkZone are two different things.
