    Herman Cain knows what that is he doesn't want to say anything he is just deflecting attention away from the banks. He is somewhat right about one thing but its kind of a half truth. Congress should never ever let something like the FED exist. They do nothing because they benefit from the FED. At this point it is the duty of the American people to bring light to the issue and force the necessary change.
