  • Don't totally agree with having Servals as pets but these two look well loved and cared for. I just love their big satelite ears :-) I love cats big and small.

  • @LadyLion81281 I am babysitting 4 of them and I am on the fence about having Servals as Pets. As long as you can provide them with the space, vet and diet. But you never know what life will toss at you, so who knows. Anyway we love them and they are much fun.

  • I own this bathroom HUMAN, so leave me alone!!!! and by the way now that u have the damn camera, get me on my best angel, do u hear Human!!!!......lol

  • @melida120470 Funny, were you there?

  • @myfeliscatus Wow. Unique looking cats. Not to be crass or unclassy here but how much does a cat like that cost?

  • @carhart001 I here around a couple thousand but don't know for sure. We are just babysitting these guys.

  • Translation - "im going to claw your face off if you come any closer"

  • @KadenzaKat98 Yes, It is one of the sounds they make. You should be careful if you see those ears flatten. Normally a domestic cat that hisses is in no mood to be petted like the Serval was in the vid.

  • @melida120470 Either you do something useful for me or you have to go away!

  • @79barkingspider Oh, really? I was under the impression that servals were also at least one generation removed. *sigh* That's what I get for not researching on my own and just listening to someone else. Thank you for telling me that! I don't think wild animals should be pets either. There is a reason that they are called "wild."

  • @TootieLouLou11 Bengals are at least one generation removed from "wild", but servals are wild cats. I don't think I like the idea of servals being pets for the same reason I don't like pet tigers, wolves, or most other wild animals. If you mate them with domestic cats, you get some pretty cool savannahs.

  • Is it true Servals hiss as a greeting???

  • Oh my goodness! What beautiful cats! I love their ears. :)

  • @carhart001 There are also places where you can adopt "wild-breed" cats like this. I'm not sure where for Servals, but I know of several places for Bengals.

  • Unlike domestic cats, I heard that servals hiss as a sign of affection or playfulness. so he's probably not telling you to back off.
