This one has really been helpful to me. I've used it to learn the 3 part leg wrap (00:53) , the over the shoulder move (00:58) and a few others. You seem quite comfortable with stick releases but they remain difficult. for me.

Your style is crisp, nimble and fluid. Something to aspire to.
