Biotin has been proven to improve the quality of hair and nail growth, but not necessarily the speed of growth. Supplement with 1,000 to 3,000 micrograms of biotin a day to improve nail and hair quality with information from a nutritionist and herbalist in this free video on supplements.

  • BIOTIN WORKS!!!! omg i cut my hair 2 months ago like 10 cm -im from mexico- and now is almost the same!!!!

  • what if your taking 5,000 mcg?

  • Does bioton only target hair on the head, or facial hair, hair on the arms, etc. If it only targets the hair on the head, why does it not target the other hair follicles in the body?

  • @ouillah word aint no Maybe

  • @starsweet4 DON'T EAT IT. Put it on your scalp lol. Omgosh. But if you want foods to work into your diet? Here are some: Salmon, Avocado, Foods high in Iron (some red meats but not all the time) Remember to protect your hair in cold weather, and try not to wear your hair down all the time because dragging the ends on shirts creates split ends. More hair you have to trim :p

  • @Zayashuku so you didn't eat it at all? just put it on your scalp?

  • @starsweet4 You need to be careful what Amla oil you buy. Amla oil with mineral oils is very bad and harsh on the hair. I bought some Amla oils from my Mideast Market and they had mineral oils, but I only use a little bit on my scalp with my temples (problem areas). Caster oil does great with reducing hair fall too. I started doing prepoos (pre shampoos, once every 2 weeks to avoid the mineral oils destroying me) made my hair like butter. Powder Amla works just as well. Good luck

  • @Zayashuku did you eat amla or use amla on your scalp? what exactly did you do? details please..
