that was the model used to test aerodynamics and other mechanic stuff. its some kind of pre-build model in natural scale but with cheap materials.
it used 4 engines of the su-27 to take off and fly.
i wish to have a chance to see one of these things.
here i never seen even a simple plane closer than 50 meters

the main difference is the thermal protection ,made of PU foam and the extended undercarriges (front weel).construction vise the rest is nearly the same

This is a real prototype. Otherwise it wouldn't have a pitot tube.

You aren't right man! This is the BTS-002 used for atmospheric tests. This vehicle was able to take off from a runway and then shut off the engines to perform approach and landing tests.

But Buran is the name that is used to refer the soviet shuttle. Independently it were the real or just a scale model.
