Yeah but Yurick instead of yuris is a proper translation to a more english name remember aerith to aeris or arucard to alucard those are direct translation in english.

As I said before a lot of japanese character names will get change to a more english sounding name for example we went from Nyarth to meowth or kasumi to misty in fact a lot of the pokemon and characters went from a name when they were localize to english.

Understood. But the thing is, these days there are dual audio works, that have an option for people to listen to the English or the Japanese. If you like the dub better, listen to the English, and people who prefer the Japanese can listen to the Japanese. HOWEVER, one of my biggest complaints is all the ridiculously bone-headed name changes. GIVE ME MANAMIA, NOT MIRANIA! GIVE ME KANAN, NOT CALISTA! GIVE ME YURIS, NOT YURICK! AND FINALLY, GIVE ME TASHA, NOT THERIUS!

Yes I know that the game does't take place in britain but the british Accent is better then any of generic accents used in any English Dubs heck nintendo of europe also made the Xenoblade dub and to a extent it rare to hear british accent in anime Dub to tell you the truth I'm more of a dub person then a sub person.

The Last Story doesn't take place in Britain, dear. The characters are Elza, Kanan, Quark, Yuris, Seiren, and Jackal. In the original, when Elza called Kanan's name, he said "Kanan!" How the crap do you get Callista? It sounds really bad. I'm glad I bought the Japanese, but IT IS A GOOD GAME, so even English-players who don't care about voices as much should play. However, in a day of increasing dual-audio games, you'd think they'd get the hint.

Does't matter? A good load of Jrpgs and anime characters get a Dub name during localisation.

If the Anime video that uses the dub version I keep seeing a user saying the same Bullshit about How this dub is't as good as the japanese Subs. It does't matter? you can't expect every character in the english dub to be good as the japanese infact theres a lot of dubs that are superior to the japanese The Hellsing dub for example the british accent fits a lot of the character fairly well and relate to-

Somebody please shoot me. So you just had to change ALL the names and add British accents. Sure, they may be good actors, but holy crap man. From Kanon to Callista? And her voice is so deep! That's ridiculous. So glad I bought the Japanese. It was worth the Japanese Wii. BUT! THIS GAME IS SPLENDID, AND I DO SUGGEST PLAYING IT! I just feel sorry for those who can't understand Japanese.

I'm considering getting the Wii U actually, since all the good RPG's are coming on it, but we'll have to wait and see about that.
