2. getting attacked by Guelph Police

I tried video taping guelph police kneeing an old drunk man they were arresting to make a complaint, and ended up tasered. Constable Francone tried to steal my phone then hit me when I told him he could no have it so i threw a piece of trash at his calve. My 500$ camera phone was infront of my face after I was handcuffed in perfect condition. When I got it back 3 hours later it was folded in half, destroyed. If you encounter Andrew Francone watch out, he likes to fabricate his notes.

@mrconeyisland12 Citizens should be encouraged to film arrests. If someone had video taped the beginning of the incident Francone's notes and witness statements would been shown to be a complete fabrication and then maybe Guelph could be down one corrupt cop.
