@olllHashedFetish ok, but i disagree, i can maintain a gable grip and touch my elbows together and have never had any problem finishing the choke (and amazing blackbelts do it with the gable grip)

@nogidavid Gable grip is better in almost every situation. This is one exception. Notice that when you have a Gable grip your arms are roughly at a 90* angle. This, usually inferior grip, locks your elbows at a 45* and makes this choke possible.

Great instruction. Although it would be nice to see it quickly once at the start and then break it down step by step. Great teaching and step wise breakdown.
