RePoBrain reviews VoiceAlert System 6. A home security system with two unique components that can scan outside before people even get near your home. It can alert you in your own voice as to the location of an intruder. This system gets 5 stars from us! It can be used right along your regular security system that detects intruders as they're breaking into your home. Remember, this one can alert you before that happens by detecting intruders up to 1,000 feet away. Check out the video and see how it works.

  • hi, i have like 6 cats all walking around outside sometimes at night, will they set it off every time?

  • @jw3787 You can change the sensitivity, angle them slightly different .... But I can tell you on mine it will pick up cats... However I have the beam set wide and very sensitive.

  • won't it go off everytime my newspaper is delivered at 5am?

  • @SuperEye2eye -----The sensors can be adjusted to sensitivity and aimed so that things only go off when they entered the driveway. As for newspaper being thrown in the driveway I've never seen that trip the sensor. Partly because the sensor uses both heat and motion detection. The best sensors are ones that say I detect movement but detect no heat... Therefore whatever's moving is dead and not a threat.

  • Wonderful dogs, cats, raccoons, skunks, daughter coming home at 1 am curfew. And then what you know some thing is in the yard. Call the cop get out the shotgun and be stress out and when daughter open the door boom.

  • samten10a-- Interesting how you linked dogs and daughter in the same sentence. And you let a daughter stay out till 1 AM.... man she gotten laid by then... what's the point of the curfew. Anyway you can adjust the sensors to not be tripped by small animals. These sensors can even be used inside with pets. As for shooting someone coming through the front door most wild animals do not carry keys or break down the door . You seem paranoid about your inability to discern friend from foe..

  • What will be your total cost for dog food, vet bills, licensing, dog's equipment (bedding, dog-doors etc), replacement of old dogs every 5-8 years, possible legal fees (biting) & etc. etc??

I did a calculation for a $500 wireless security system (I did a DIY install) w/ dialer, remote controls, X-10 lights, door&window sensors, glass-break sensors, IR etc. Full coverage.

Adding in the cost of batteries, over 10 years, the total cost will be around $70 a year.

    Longer than 10 years=Cheaper
