@theMentivist Its cuz first of all that 3 hit move is not a natural combo. Its a counter hit combo. Plus the start up low move is slow BUT its safe on guard. The remaining moves which are mid are unsafe and if blocked leave you in minus frames and prone to being launched. That's why Paul users don't use it often. Plus even if you get the counter hit with d,db,b+3, the op falls down and the followups do less dmg as compared to the dmg on a standing op.

And no, the move is in no way "cheap".
