On heating a gas its volume (V) Pressure (P) and Temperature (T) isothermal process means temperature which P or V changes. Isochronic process means V remains constant, P and T varies. Isobanic process means P is constant while T and V varies. Equation of isothermal process in gas equation PV=nRT where n - number of moles and R universal gas constant. Adiabatic process means the system is at thermal isolation, i.e. the system neither takes heat from outside nor gives heat to outside. The equation of adiabatic process involves the ratio of Cp/Cv.
