I wasn't home in Nome that day (and for most of the Iditarod week) so it's nice to see people's videos :) thanks for posting! I'm so excited to be home this year so I can greet as many as I can.

Since justauselesshandle below just ran the Iditarod from his armchair watching the Discovery Channel, he's obviously the authority on what's difficult & what's not.
I love how those who haven't done endurance type stuff pipe up as the authority on endurance races.

Because it's not hard traveling one thousand some-odd miles through VERY harsh Alaskan weather? Using only a dog....and...a sled. Right. What's actually hard then, man? Let us know. I'm sure you've been through PLENTY of physical endurance events.
