Wich is the bitrate for this one please?

it is not so high quality Patrick,
in fact as the video is longer, you have to lower quality and bitrate.. that is,
if you remember the "Genova in 16:9" video, was so high in bitrate that
a full 5' clip would have been 800mb!!
i try to handle bitrate and size, it is not easy!!

I used Premiere Pro CS3 for this one, and i had two settings: Quality ( set at 70% ) and Bitrate, set at 7,5Kb/s. Either of those two was too low,
because video is just not too good.
