looking back. by stance is too lent forward. i needed to bend at the knees more.
by the way ffoecaf2006; the best wing chun person from a internal perspective outside of sigung tin is a woman. Ada is her name.
She is the future of wing chun. kinda nice how it's come back around.

You can actually believe that WingChun was invented by woman if you really understand the true power of WingChun.
However, nowadays there're rarely seen women practicing WingChun because they don't even know that they could ever possibly win a man with no muscle efforts.
I can't believe how dare those WingChun instructors turned WingChun into UFC.
I have to say, Chauvinism does destroy our worlds.

@johnmaraschino yeah ugly chi sau. bong sao and tan sao is lacking but this is a senstivity drill and focusing on controlling your opponents centre. for me the most important thing is not the shape but that my shoulder are relaxed and rotating. elbow relaxed and opening.

i think i said my chi sau was ugly. i don't remember me saying it was the best. sigung tin is the best i know of - but hey send me some footage and i might change my mind.
Ill even come train with you if your the best.
