BBC CUT OFF ACTIVIST DAVID EMSLIE'S STATEMENT ON POLICE BRUTALITY

Ten cops with a warrant raided David's flat when he was not there ransacking it .
They then proceeded to his cousin's farm where he was staying because he was ill
and arrested David using an armed response unit .
They had a warrant to search his cousins property and charged him with the possession of a fire arm, held him in custody for four days and refused to get him a doctor when he collapsed in his cell.
They pursued David through the courts for ten months and when it came to trial they stated they had a witness and statement that David had a gun. They were then unable to produce any witness or statement and the case was deserted.

The cops refused to process David's complaint against them of charging him with fictitious charges.
The procurator fiscal refused to process his claim against the procurator fiscal service. He complained to the Lord Advocate who also refused to process his complaint that the police and procurator fiscal in Aberdeen were involved in perverting the course of justice and fabricating witness's and statements that they could not bring to court.
At a meeting with Alex Salmond he refuses to take any action or to help David.
