CLICK 480P ABOVE 360P TO WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY!"A Harvest vision is a world vision. It is an unselfish vision moved by compassion to disciple the nations of the world, willing to pay the price, count the cost and sacrifice in order to fulfill the great commission!
We all must be involved in the harvest in some way. Some "go", some "send" some "pray" some "give".
We all must get out of our comfort zone and become zealous about missions! We must not be passive!!
We have the resources. What God needs is holy men and women of God sold out to Jesus and willing to labor in His harvest!

The USA comprises of 6 percent of the worlds population. But 91 percent of all the sharing of the gospel goes to that 6 percent!! Only 7 percent of grads of Bible Colleges go to the mission field. Something is drastically wrong! The "average" believer in the USA owns 9 Bibles while many pastors and christians in 3rd world countries have no Bible or any christian books of any kind! We spend millions and millions of dollars to build "fancy, nice, beautiful, elaborate and ornate state of the art church buildings" that lull us to sleep and make us feel so comfortable while the thought of needy believers and losts souls in other lands never enters our minds!

The upper pomeroon river takes us to the Amerindian Villages of Kababuri, St. Monica, and Carawab. It is here where i have ministered the Word of God and establish christian libraries. By Gods grace we also financially support these poor and needy pastors. Very few people will take the time and effort to go to these areas. They need help! The conditions are difficult. No plumbing, Electricity, Stores, etc... The soil is not good for gardening and fishing yields very little. You must travel by canoe to get anywhere. We christians in the USA are the ones who must help these people. The church is to soft, to wimpy, to nice, and to lukewarm. No one is challenged these days. The church has ceased to be light and salt and has compromised with the world. We cannot change the world for Christ and send out on fire missionaries if the church remains backslidden!

Missionary Jim Elliot said, "God, I pray Thee, light these idle sticks in my life and may I burn for Thee. Consume my life, my God for it is Thine. I seek not a long life, but a full one, like You, Lord Jesus. "
(Elliot was killed on the mission field while he was still in his twenties)

Missionary David Brainerd said, "As long as I see anything to be done for God life is worth living, but O how vain and unworthy it is to live for any lower end."
(Brainerd died in his twenties.)

Luke 10:2 "The harvest is truly great, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into the harvest."

Matt. 28:19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations..."

Romans 12:13 "Distributing to the needs of the saints."

Romans 12:16 "Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position."

Luke 24:47 "And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all the nations..."

Revelation 5:9 "You were slain, and have redeemed us to God by Your blood, out of every Tribe, and Tongue and People and Nation."

1. Pepsi and Coke are sold all over the world because of "workers", investing time, money, effort, and strategy.

2. Cigarettes and beer are sold all over the world because of "workers", investing time, money effort, and strategy. (Same goes for Hollywood)

3. Where are the "workers" spreading the Gospel to the nations of the world?

Satan has more of his missionaries on the field than the church does. God's people hate to work in the harvest, but love to sit, watch, and stay comfortable in lukewarmness. There is a great need of workers who will go. Why are there just a few godly missionaries in the huge harvest field? Maybe because of our proud, lazy nature. Who wants to be a common laborer, a field hand? Supervisor? Yes! Manager? Yes! Executive? Yes! But a common worker? How unpleasant, how degrading to our human pride. Missionary work is field work, it's difficult, hot, hard, painful, but thank God that it's very rewarding! There's something noble about it because it's God's work of changing lives. What happens to a church that doesn't go and get involved? What happens to a selfish church that hoards up the Gospel? It will become stagnant, weak, and sickly. For example, stop using your arm and see what happens to it. It will wither and lose it's ability to function. GO OUT INTO ALL THE WORLD AND PREACH THE GOSPEL TO EVERY CREATURE! Lastly, I thank God for every person who is laboring in the harvest and every missionary who is preaching the Gospel and training the people of God in foreign lands.

  • This so beautiful and moving. It amazes me the great lengths they go to to hear God's word. I would love to be able to minister to individuals with this kind of a heart. I do not find that here in America. I am an ordained minister and have asked God why am I still here. Where I everyones is too busy to listen. Maybe I am talking to the wrong people. These are my brothers and sisters in Christ who I am talking about. No one wants to get together for prayer and bible reading anymore.

  • @yvettemarie1 This is tragic and a sign of apostasy and lukewarmness. Many are church members but have no passion for God and His Word!! They are 'lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God."I was honored to minister to them!!

  • Thanks for sharing this video with us. It is a blessing and you are a blessing as well. Keep up the good work and one day you will here" my good and faithful servant"" God Bless you

  • Thank you for your encouraging words! The needs in these areas are great.Pray for these precious people.Bro.David.

  • Beautifully done!!! Yes Amercans are spoiled to have these elaborate churches. Think of how many others they could help with just the cost of the electricity to run these expensive buildings!

  • A 1000 amens!!!!! We waste so much of Gods Money it is scary. He will judge us for our lack of loving, godly stewardship over the money He blesses us with.God BLESS YOU BOTH.

  • Oh! Pastor, I cannot contain the tears viewing this beautiful presentation of how beautiful the simplicity there is!!

Here we, I, accumulate so much I don't even need, which adds not an iota to our real worth!

What a wonderful experience this must have been for your children!

Thank you! This is very emotional viewing!

  • Well done...

We in North America complain about getting out of bed on Sunday to go to church but these lovely brothers and sisters take a 2 hour boat ride. They are truly blessed believers. I am challenged to to share this story to our church brethern. Blessings for all that you do for the work of the Lord.

  • I have never thought about visiting this particular area, but will look into visiting. Very beautiful

  • this video was so beautiful! MAY GOD bless YOU for not holding your hand back from the needy and spreading the good news! I am an American that is trying to do the same thing with the help of GOD. I live in colon panama which is yet another "neglected" part of the world. People here are hungry for GOD and hungry for the truth. I feel alone sometimes and that no ones cares about these poor people but I know GOD is watching is going to Bless the people of colon, panama. Check out my page GOD bless
