@ramiz1116 just a matter of maximizing the efficiency of your civics to save money while throwing in enough bus stations and subways at critical points to maximize the income from the stations.

I noticed in your videos, there are some tools, which you have and are missing from mine. The piss taking part is that I only got avenues, road, streets and the tool to set one way roads. I cant build the sky scrappers creating commercial zones based on avenues and streets, because the game wont not let me create 4x4..: zones :(. Each time I create zones the game automatically creates small squares with streets .

HELP????

yah iv tried that but the zone doesn't develop if i create it with alt or shift. i think whats happened is the fact i downloaded the game from torrents and some of the features probably went missing.
