A DarkStar Entertainment Production
The Complex is a 48 hour project, meaning that it was shot and finished within a 48 hour period.
It is a short film (very short) about an amnesiac who wakes up in a complex that has been infected with a dangerous virus. The inhabitants who have been infected have degenerated into zombies.

This film is only shot in 3 points of view. Security Camera, First Person Runner, or Zombie Vision.

Music was composed by Martin O'Donnell / Michael Salvatori.

Note: This movie was filmed in a building with over a 1,000 other people inside of it at the time. Therefore filming turned out to be quite a challenge as people kept stoppping us, believing we were vandals or something. (The trashed room in the first scene)

Enjoy!

  • that's awesome!

Did you actually get footage from school's security cameras, or is that your camera?

Also, I greatly enjoyed the addition of the halo music when the flood is around. Excellent work.

  • That was our cam, we just held it next to where the security cameras usually were and used video effects to make it look like that.
