Billy Corgan speaks - after show at DAR Constitution Hall

I was lucky enough to get to meet Billy and Jimmy after the show on 11/12/08 at Constitution Hall in DC. Billy being the great guy he is spoke to us and had a message for the base.

darn...i have two little regrets from that night, one...there was this girl in the row behind me that i became fascinated with and i never got the chance to meet and talk to her after the show. two...i wish i had been here after the show to be around billy and jimmy. but really they are not even regrets at all...that night was the best!!!

@yourlipsarerubyred If you see a girl that you like, always just take a chance. Most girls are single and will give you a chance if you show confidence. Just sayin. I was lucky to stay after because I followed some people there. Most people left to catch the Metro. And yes that night was the best.

Thx for keeping this posted. I was the lady he was talking to at the beginning of the clip. Whenever I feel my art and spirit are at a stand still- I come back to this video- and I feel validated all over again. I've made him several little art books. No he has never called- I won't hold my breath. He is a busy man.

U should post this on there website, so the haters will stop going on there and complaing,they should just lock themselves in there room and turn out the lights, light a candle,and play there greatest hit cd Rotten Apples, stay home,don't come out to the shows,Billy is a artist that creates,and moves,live in the now.

Great video showing how Billy really feels. I am behind him 100% and loved the Black Sunshine show I saw (I'm seeing White Crosses tonight). He doesn't need to be held back by his past and doesn't owe the fans anything in terms of playing "the classics". He'll probably always throw a couple in there, but the band is still active - this isn't a "reunion tour". It's an anniversary tour, yes, but it celebrates not only where they've been but also where they are and where they're going next.

@mrcssylvester yeah...its just like she was leaving and i was kinda stuck in the crowd of the front row (i guess i could have squeezed my way out to go up to her but oh well)...still, she remains a fond memory that was part of that night...oh and when they played Galapagos, like that was fucking inspiring to say the very least.

hahaha lucky girl. Billy Corgan reminds me the singer of an animated band hiting strong here in Italy not being a million dollar production. Search for SWAVE IN THE FUTURE

On the right of the building is where most bands park their tour buses. There should be security there next to the Constitution Hall sign you see in the vid. They come out there.

I will admit Billy allowing them to voice they're opinions was entertaining, but they should've never even come to the show. I came in with an open mind and wasn't bored with anything they did. Expression by the pumpkins is always a good thing. I can't wait till the next album.
