For Dixon it was a huge body transformation, he lost 58 lbs, he went from a size 46 to a size 34. He lost almost 13 inches off his waist and he is at 12% body fat.

I have been doing Hip Hop Abs for only 3 days, eating healthier, and I have lost 5 pounds in only 2 days. I have been taking pictures EVERY day, and measuring myself as well everyday.
