"The Looters" was the original title of "Trespass", a film known for its soundtrack with Ice-T and Ice Cube. The film was renamed after the 1992 L.A. riots. This track therefore went unreleased and was replaced by the titular "Trespass" by the same artists.

Yea you're right, Cube and T did another song on the soundtrack. And thanks for reminding me about Gang Starr's track. Guru and Primo always deliver.
