ONE OF THE BEST IN THE HISTORY OF MODERN PHYSIQUE SHOWS. THIS WAS TRUE EXCELLENCE IN BODY BUILDING. RAZOR SHARP DEFINITION ON SOLID MASS WHICH WAS IMPRESSIVE WITHOUT BEING FREAKISH. I ´D TAKE THAT KIND OF BODY ANY DAY OVER MOST OF THE NOWADAYS PHYSIQUES.

Had the honor of meeting Frank at some of Ken Latham's shows in the 80's what a great guy. Hope he's still fit and well.He used to compete with my cusin Tony Emmott back in the day.

Frank Richard, came back after 15yrs out & 1yr of training under his belt. It took him 11yrs to recover from his horrific injuries & he is by far one of the greatest bodybuilding posers Ive ever seen & 1 of the most courageous. I had the pleasure of meeting him on several occasions at shows, when I competed as a Jnr at Cocksmoor Leisure Center, Bham & later in the men's heavyweight class in Oldham. He was very complimentary & gave me plenty of encouragement. He is definitely someone I admire :-)

old injury my ass he fell thirty feet at his work his body was shattered this is the greatest comeback since lazarus go on frank
